Introduction of Insulating glass production line

Gas filling inline :
1.Servo controlled panel press and unfolding, the belt and the screw driving, and the four corners are pressed simultaneously;

3.Automatically measure the height and width of the glass;
4.Argon gas is inflated from bottom to top to ensure the amount of inflation;
5.Automatically set the inflation time and pressure, and control the air volume;
6.According to the width of the glass, the inflatable valves automatically turning on or off to avoid waste of argon gas;
7.Automatic display of inflation volume;
8.The inflation effect reaches more than 95%;
