Aluminum profile CNC cutting center LJVA-CNC-6500 is suitable for high-efficiency sawing processing of aluminum door and window profiles. And it can simultaneously perform 45° or 90° sawing processing of profiles.
The automatic feeding table can continuously and automatically clamp the profiles for precise feeding.
It can cut about 2,000 segments in 8 hours a day, which is 3-4 times the efficiency of traditional double-headed saws
The sawing adopts Han’s control system, and the moving part adopts 6 sets of Inovance servo drive, high-precision rack and pinion transmission to ensure the feeding accuracy. Ensure stable and reliable operation of equipment.
The moving parts all adopt high-precision straight guide rails, which run smoothly and ensure machining accuracy.
An optional automatic chip conveyor can automatically send aluminum chips out of the machine head.
Three fixed angles adopt direct-coupled spindle motors, two 45-degree and one 90-degree cutting are stable and the processing precision is high.
Software docking: online with ERP software, such as: Changfeng, Zaoyi, Dutt, etc.
The network, USB drive import and the machine itself can also be optimized. Just follow the format of the factory’s existing bill of materials;
The two 45-degree angle saw blade paths adopt private server feeding, which effectively improves the sawing speed and avoids return sweeping.
The machine head shell is fully enclosed to ensure the safety of operators.
A barcode printer is optional to form an E-Work digital factory system.
