Heating mode:The nickel chromium alloy carpet type heat radiation heating air circulation system is adopted. The heat directly acts on the surface, which greatly improves the heating time, improves the production efficiency and saves electricity.

Temperature control:The whole set of Siemens PLC, temperature control module and intelligent PID control system ensure that the temperature overshoot and temperature difference in the furnace are within 3 degrees.

Energy saving control:Equipped with OEM precise power regulator, real-time adjustment of heating output power through PID calculation. The heating pipe can output as much heat as the equipment needs, automatically calculate and adjust automatically, which can save more than 50% electricity than similar products.

Air circulation system:High power turbine fan is adopted.There are four air ducts,up and down, left and right. The air duct can be adjusted up, down left and right, so that the hot air in the furnace can be fully circulated without dead angle, and the excessive temperature difference in the furnace can be effectively avoided.

Vacuum system:High temperature resistant vacuum pump with German technology is adopted. The vacuum degree is -0.095-0.101mpa. An air storage tank is installed in front ofthe vacuum pump,which has the function of power-off and pressure maintaining. The function of al- water separation is realized and the service life of vacuum pump is extended.(optional automatic pressure control function).

The equipment is divided into two heating boxes, each bin has its own control system, which realizes the simultaneous processing of products with

different materials and parameters. The two boxes can be operated circularly to double the output.

Cooling system:Equipped with top rail and a number of high-power cooling fans, it realizes fast cooling and saves floor space.

Lifting system: Equipped with wireless remote control vertical elevator, it realizes one key lifting positioning, reliable operation and accurate positioning.
