Temperature control:The whole set of Siemens PLC, temperature control module and intelligent PID control system ensure that the temperature overshoot and temperature difference in the furnace are within 3 degrees.

Energy saving control:Equipped with OEM precise power regulator, real-time adjustment of heating output power through PID calculation

The heating pipe can output as much heat as the equipment needs, automatically calculate and adjust automatically, which can save more than 50% electricity than similar products.

Air circulation system:High power turbine fan is adopted. There are four air ducts, up and down, left and right. The air duct can be adjusted up, down left and right, so that the hot air in the furnace can be fully circulated without dead angle, and the excessive temperature difference in the furnace can be effectively avoided.

Vacuum system:High temperature resistant vacuum pump with German technology is adopted. The vacuum degree is -0.095-0.101mpa. An air storage tank is installed in front of the vacuum pump,which has the function of power-off and pressure maintaining. The function of oil-water separation is realized and the service life of vacuum pump is extended.(optional automatic pressure control function).
